There are few things that come out of Marlie Katherine's mouth that surprise me anymore - mostly I just look and smile and wonder where she comes up with it.
You know, half the time when you ask a 2 year old a question, you might get a legit answer. But you never know unless you ask, so I ask a lot . . .
Well, I decided to pose the question "What do you want for Christmas" and got the following answer:
"Samantha wants toys and I want new books."
"Is there anything else you want Marlie"
"Yes, an elephant please and thank you"
"Okay, so you want new books and an elephant"
"Yep - you want a new purse and nail polish Mommy?"
"Sure"
"K, I tell Santa for you"
Wow . . .
