We have been so busy with trips and sickness that I thought we were going to miss out on the farm for the fall festival . . . but we woke up this morning and the weather looked promising - so we headed out to the farm for the day. To say that I am wiped would be an understatement - me and 3 kids (Jay had to work today) and 3 hours at the farm . . .whew . . . but look how cute they are . . . they're worth it :) And despite what this pic shows, Evan had a great time - the tractor had just started up and he was less than thrilled with the sound. I love this picture - I always think the kids look like Jayson . . . my girls look like they belong to me in this one!!!!

While Miss Marlie preferred the pony rides
But everyone loved getting filthy in the giant sand pit
And then there was a chance to lasso the bull
It's always a fabulous time down on the farm . . . but like I said, exhausting!!
