Because I Can - The Rockstar Toy

I had to do another one in the same day . . . this toy is hot right now! This was one of the few new toys for Sam, so there are no pics of Marlie with it . . . but Evan is in LOVE with this thing! It sings some great songs!!

And I just realized the same blanket is on the floor in both pics! ha! I also just looked back at their 6 months stats when I grabbed this pic of Samantha . . . Evan was the same length as Sam at his 6 month checkup - but weighed 3lbs more! Just to do a little compare at the half birthday mark:

1. Marlie Katherine - 18lbs, 29in
2. Samantha Michelle - 17lbs 8oz, 28in
3. Evan Michael - 20lbs, 28in

And can I go ahead and note that it never occurred to me when naming Evan that I was giving him the male version of his sister's already assigned middle name?!? I think it's funny to look at them now and see Michelle and Michael - Michelle was my middle name though, and the Michael comes from his Grandpa and Uncle - so very different reasons, I just thing it's humorous - had I thought a little more, we might've gone for a different middle name just to switch things up . . . but alas, drugs are a powerful thing . . . and that's why you should not be on them in the middle of an operating room while naming your child :) But that's alright - I love all the kids' names . . . though I would be lying if I said I liked them all equally - the names, not my children!! As I am sure is true in most cases, my firstborn got my favorites in the name department . . . which is why my 2nd born got my actual name . . . and Evan also got a family name . . . and all 3 will undoubtedly at some point hate their names . . . don't all kids go throught that?!?! I know I did - right about the time that there were 3 other Jennifers in the same class! UGH!
