Jayson and I got away for a little bit and went to Nashville for a hockey game on Tuesday. We even met someone at the hockey game who was kind enough to give Jayson 2 tickets to the MN v. MTSU NIT game so he could take Marlie to her 1st basketball game on Wednesday night.
Samantha got a big girl bike! We decided she couldn't wait . . . and she didn't dissapoint on her first bike ride - NO FEAR - she rocked it and blew her sister away at one point!
Evan has been working in his garden since I put it in the kitchen :)
Sota got a haircut
We took some self portraits this weekend.
Marlie went to a tea party - but everyone dressed up to take her.
She had a blast - the librarians hosted it - we seriously have the best Children's Library and librarians!
And since Evan has not only ripped out the copper line in the gas fireplace but also started trying to eat the rocks in there . . . necessity bred invention . . . and we have turned the death pit open front fireplace into a creative space with an old dry erase board and some hooks! ha!
Marlie finally busted out some Princess Uno cards she got - exact same as regular Uno - and she has found her new favorite game!
And now we start our first spring break in years! It will be fun to have Marlie around for the whole week . . . we have lots of fun stuff planned, so I better keep up with the blogging!
