Seriously, can it just stay like this all year long. The beautiful temps coupled with the fact that it's light out til 8pm right now - PERFECT!
We had some friends over for dinner last night . . . several reasons to celebrate - a new keg of beer, a new chicken enchilada recipe (that turned out decent!), and of course the weather!!!
For those of you that are counting, it took 5 weeks to tap the first keg - either someone has a drinking problem, or several people have been drinking from the keg - I choose to believe theory #2 . . .
At the news that her friend Ian was coming over for dinner, Marlie busted out the nail polish so she could do her nails "real quick". Well, I had my back turned and apparently so did Jayson. Next thing I know Marlie had done both feet already. While all of the polish didn't make it to her nails, I am grateful that none of it made it to my chair and floor too!!! She was more meticulous with her hands . . .
