Can You Say Best Christmas Ever Every Year?!

I think you can :)

Christmas Eve morning, Grandpa, Daddy, and Marlie headed down to OC to sell some Girl Scout cookies (12/24 was the 1st day for sales). Miss Marlie sold 70 boxes!!! We have a lofty goal of 500 - I said 300, but Marlie said 500!
Then we had our family over for a fabulous Christmas Eve dinner and gift exchange! And this handsome little guy had a great first Christmas.
Then we put cookies out for Santa
And woke up excited to see what he left!
You know those Best Buy commercials from this season? And the one where the chic says "Game on Santa". Yea . . . well, Santa had nothing on Grandma and Grandpa this year! Christmas afternoon Grandma and Grandpa gave the kiddos each a suitcase with goodies - Disney themed suitcases . . . and announced that instead of the beach this year, we were heading to Disney World!!!
Excited - do ya think!?!?!? A little regretful - yes . . . because Samantha is now asking about every other hour if it's time to go to Disney World :) hehehe
Evan was very excited to see a Lightning McQueen suitcase with a Mickey jacket and pirate stuffed animal inside . . . he was beginning to worry that all this Disney business was about princesses!
Besides the AWESOME news of our summer vaca - the favorites were:
  1. Marlie - guitar, spending time with family (her words), going to Chuck E Cheese
  2. Samantha - Magic Fairy Dora, beauty shop kit, and Melissa and Doug brownie set (she bought herself with a gift card! ha!)
  3. Evan - all wrapping paper, the DirecTv remote, and a singing soccer ball from Uncle Ryan and Aunt Cess

What an awesome gift!!! We are going in February for a little mini trip. John has to be in Orlando for work the week before Colt turns three. Since kids under three are free, what better time to go! I am so pumped!
