The Sugar Plum Fairy

Tonight we went to the library to hear the Sugar Plum Fairy from the local Nutcracker production read the story to us. This year was even better than last year since she brought a few friends from the show and we got to see a little more dancing. Evan actually sat still for the event (amazing in itself!) and afterwards the girls got to do a little ballet.

And just like last year I teared up watching the girls in awe of the ballerinas remembering my Nutcracker experience with my Grandma Millie. I think next year we will have to go check out the whole show and start a tradition!
