It was a fun and exhausting break - but mostly fun. We spent a few days in Wisconsin with our best friends. I can't explain the peace I have when we are all together - and that's even through 7 kids!
We had a day of hanging out and playing followed by a day at an indoor water park!
The kids had a blast - even Hudson enjoyed the lazy river with me.
We headed up to Minnesota and spent our first day at the MOA. Evan went to a Thomas movie with Daddy and Grandpa, while the girls, Hudson, and I did a little walking and visiting with Kari Anne and Jaden for a bit before they flew home.
Next up was lunch at the American Girl store (and some shopping for the girls).
Then we stopped for a quick rest at home before meeting up with all of their cousins at Dave and Busters!
We made some stops around the neighborhood on Wednesday. A cafe
Thursday was spent having cousin fun!
All in all a lot of fun visiting family and making memories!
And because we couldn't just go home - we made a pit stop at the Holloway's on the way home - we had to spend one more day with our other family!
Time to jump back into reality and the madness that is the start of the next 3 months of holidays . . .
