Today was Sam's first day of day care! She didn't really nap much, but seemed to have a good time according to her teachers. I think that she will enjoy it more when big sister starts at the same school next week.
As for Mommy - I had a VERY quiet day of work, lunch with a friend, and a pedicure with another friend. This was my "blow everything off and enjoy my first day of freedom in 14 months" day - AND IT WAS FABULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Both girls will get in their respective routines next week in their new school and we will move forward and start a new chapter for our family . . . one where Daddy's work schedule resembles something less than 70 hrs a week eventually, Mommy works from home AND gets to have time for her business again, and Marlie and Samantha both take a few days a week to get away from Mommy and go to school . . . . ahhhhhh
