Self

I hear this word from Samantha several times a day - "self" . . . meaning "back off Mom, I can do this myself!"

Well last night was no different when she calmly crawled into her own bed for her first night's sleep without a crib . . . and she peacefully slept through the entire night . . . no issues . . .

I joke that next up is potty training - but it is, we're already doing it! And then what?!?! All this time spent wanting a kiddo that was a little more self sufficient, and now it's here, and it kinda stinks . . . this is why people get sucked into having more babies . . . we'll see . . .

But in the meantime, both of our princesses are still our little baby girls . . . and I ADORE this song!!
