Wednesday was our planned "day off" from Disney. We stuck around the resort in the morning and joined in some activities at the Kid's Center. We played candy bar Bingo and then did a scavenger hunt. We played a little on the splash pad and were going to have some pool time . . . but Marlie's cast cover sprung a leak and as she was swimming I saw it filling up with water and called an end to that.
We headed over to Downtown Disney to use some free passes to Disney Quest - it's an indoor mostly virtual reality theme park and IT IS LAME!!!!! Seriously - they charge $40 per person to go into a darker version of Chuck E Cheese . . . but that might be offensive to Chuck E Cheese. So we walked around and traded some pins and then hopped in the car to go to M&M World after Grandma sprung Grandpa from the hospital!
Funny story - Daddy and Grandpa had both girls and were picking out M&Ms when all of a sudden I heard a loud crashing of M&Ms come down . . . I saw Sam in that general direction, and admittedly, I turned to Grandma and told her to walk in the other direction. I completely refused to take any responsibility with what had just occurred. After it seemed safe, and Jayson was walking away laughing, we learned that Sam had pulled the lever from the blue candy and just let it flow into the bag . . . and Grandpa bought them . . . ha!
It was a good break for the day!
