Hanging at the Motorhouse

You may call it a motorhome, but our girls have always called it "BarryDonna's Motorhouse" - although now they put an "and" in the middle of their names.  And even though there have been many seasons of life with and without motorhomes in the last 20 plus years, Barry and Donna have a motorhome again that my kids can have fun at just like I used to!

I used to sweep around the pad of the motorhome - Sam likes to clean the actual motorhome . . .
and supervise Barry as he washes the windows!
There most definitely were not cell phones when I was hanging at the campground so that I could call my peeps and telling them that I was having fun (why does he look 5???) . . .
and there were 3 cats in the motorhome (a mean one, a scared one, and the coolest cat ever) . . . but now instead there are walks with Chumlee to be enjoyed - he is much more manageable for the girls than Sota! He's the black ball of fur with the tongue by the chair in case you can't see him!
So Barry and Donna got into town last night and we had a good time hanging out and having dinner.  Marlie had to leave early to go to Songs and Smores with Girl Scouts - but she had a blast!  We will have more fun over the weekend for sure . . .

Besides being grateful that our kids get the bonus set of grandparents (Barry and Donna) that I always had with my Millie and Pop, it's pretty awesome that they get to have the same fun times like I used to hanging out at the motorhouse . . .

How sweet of the kids to help Barry and Donna clean the motorhouse! Well, keeping the motorhouse clean inside and out is a must for all motorhome owners. Anyway, maybe someday, when it’s your time to retire, you would get yourself a motorhome yourself and let your grandchildren enjoy it! That would be nice, right?
