Yee Haw Camp

Marlie finished her week-long twilight camp with Girl Scouts. I don't think a night camp that ends at 8pm would've been my first choice, but their troop cookie money paid for it, and their fabulous troop leader wanted to be there to volunteer, so it was okay. 

Top 5 things I heard about camp:

1. They made campfires with candy and pretzels and ate them

2. Marlie's nickname was "big nugget nancy"

3. They had a real cowboy as a guest and learned to tie lassos and a few other knots!

4. They had scavenger hunts and made first aid kits

5. They saw ducks poop a lot

She wore her camp shirt on the last day and also sported her requested hairstyle of "a lot of braids" :) So proud of her for doing great and earning 2 more patches as a Brownie already!
