Eight Years of Parenting

It's almost unbelievable to write . . . 8 years ago today, we became parents!

Our precious daughter came into our lives and nothing has been the same since. I can't fathom that 8 years ago today I put her first little outfit on her.

And now she won't even let me in the dressing room with her as she tries on clothes she picks out!

She is our firstborn . . . She holds all of our "firsts" in parenting, and will continue to provide them as time goes on . . . She has been the light of our lives since the day she arrived 8 years ago . . . She is our darling Marlie Katherine . . . And we could never have asked for a beautiful, kind, and smart little girl . . . Happy Birthday Marlie-bean!
