We had a relaxing 4th. Grandma and Grandpa came up for the weekend - and we even had Daddy around for almost 48 whole hours!!!! He left on the 4th @ 5am to go back though.
We spent our 4th of July hanging out at the park, having lunch, and grilling out. I would like to say that we watched fireworks (other than the ones being set off in our culdesac by thoughtless people until 10:30pm) - but that is something to save for the girls when they're a little older. Staying up until 10pm really doesn't fit into their world right now . . .
Anyway, Marlie made a fabulous picnic caddy at Home Depot! And this tripped marked a full year of visits. Funny to think that the very first time she went was when Samantha was just 2 weeks old!

Yeah, no fireworks for Kasey either. Sam is getting so big and Marlie is so lucky to have such a great grandpa--the Home Depot thing is cool!
Ok I know this is the most obvious and overused comment, but those girls are too cute!!
